1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of the Jooldo Pocket Showroom platform (the "Service"), operated by JOOLDO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. ("Jooldo", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Jooldo Pocket Showroom is a SaaS platform that lets store owners create, customise and share product catalogs with their customers. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with Free, Pro and Enterprise tiers.

3. Account

  • You must be of legal age and have authority to bind your business (if applicable).
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or to send spam;
  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
  • Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
  • Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or data.

5. Subscription, billing & payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

6. Intellectual property

All software, design, documentation and branding of the Service are owned by JOOLDO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.. You retain ownership of the content you upload, and grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

7. Service availability & warranties

We work hard to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
